Riverside Family Medicine Residency Program



Curriculum:  Care of Children

     As a family practice resident, you will complete six pediatric rotations at Columbus Children's Hospital and Riverside, thus giving you admitting privileges at most pediatric hospitals. This training includes one month each of:
  • infectious disease
  • general inpatient pedicatrics
  • pediatric emergency care
  • neonatology (at Riverside)
  • outpatient pediatric clinic
  • preceptorship with a pediatrician
     This hospital training is complemented by sizable pediatric patient care in the Family Practice Center.
